Gov't Names 2005 Baltimore Hip Hop Poll
Here's the deal, I'm doing an album poll and a singles poll, and you can vote for however many of either you want. So you can vote for just one album, or your top 5, or 10 or 20 or whatever, or just for singles, or both, whatever. I'm gonna be real flexible because I want everyone with an opinion to vote. And I don't care if you're an artist and you vote for your own record or anything, if that's your honest opinion, go for it. E-mail all ballots to me, you have until December 20th.

Check out the big article about Baltimore club music on page 80 of the December issue of Spin magazine (although, yo, did anyone else notice that they used Jefferson Jackson Steele's picture of K-Swift from the City Paper without giving credit?).

Bulletproof
Last year 50 Cent revealed he turned down a role in Rockstar games seminal Grand Theft Auto series in favor of doing his own game.
That seemed pretty cocky at the time, but one look at BULLETPROOF, and any gamer would be impressed. While its a linear adventure with a predetermined set of events and story (unlike GTA's open world), the graphics and gameplay look miles ahead of GTA. The promise of an expansive Soundtrack from 50 also edges out GTA's recycled hit radio tunes.
