Profound - Carpe Diem (Real On Purpose Entertainment)
This week in the City Paper I reviewed the new Profound mixtape, along with the Say-Wut album I posted about the other day. I've been really wanting to hear Profound do a solo project since that Oil And Water 2, and this came out well, really just a good mixtape to cop if you wanna hear someone flow for an hour straight with no bullshit. The mixtape features collaborations with Skarr Akbar, Tony Bosco and Rockwell, and a solo cut by Ogun that's a bonus track at the end.
Profound - "Murda Dem" (mp3)
This is the track at the beginning of the CD that I quoted in the review, love this one.
