Baltimore Crime -- a.k.a. the only reason I'll probably never claim that Gov't Names is the best blog in Baltimore -- is doing their first contest, and it's a musical one: make a track by sampling any of the countless entertaining quotes by William Donald Schaefer, the embattled and quite possibly nuts Comptroller of Maryland (and former Governor and Mayor of Bmore), and submit it by the week before the November elections. Hopefully some Baltimore club producers will jump into the competition and make a hot track.
