I'd never heard of the Baltimore-based publication Gutter Magazine before, but recently Sam gave me a heads up that in their current issue they give a really nice shoutout to Gov't Names (haha, "sweet bloggy"). And I gotta give them props, too, they've definitely got a voice and a viewpoint, and aren't afraid to point out the good and the bad in Baltimore media. And there's a good Diablo interview in that issue, too, about working with Darkroom Productions and doing music for "The Wire" and everything.
