Ckrisis - Muscle Up Vol. 2 (Bird City Entertainment)

You might remember 3 months ago when I wrote about this dude's previous mixtape, Muscle Up Vol. 1, and the follow-up came my way pretty soon after. I wonder where he got the title for these mixtapes and the song by that name on here, because the only time I've ever really heard that phrase in a song is the Baltimore club track "Muscle Up" by Mike Mumblez, it'd be cool if that's where he got it from. I actually talked to Mike Mumbles recently about doing an interview, but he flaked out on me, so if he sees this he needs to get at me. Anyway, this mixtape is pretty similiar to the Ckrisis's one, but more original songs, less freestyles. I like the track he did over the "Bout It Bout It" beat. One song features someone named J Brooks, and the next song features someone named Younug Mell, and when I first saw that I did a double-take like "there's a rapper named after Mel Brooks!?"

I mentioned that this song is dope when I wrote about his previous mixtape, but didnt' post an mp3 because it wasn't on that CD, but it's on this one and it's still dope, produced by The Pornstars.
