NOE, the Bmore rapper who signed with the Diplomats that I posted about a couple months ago, had a song called "Murder Money" up on the front page of AllHipHop.com earlier this week. I'm not sure how long the link will be good, but it's still working right now, you can click directly to the song here. The song is hot. There's also info on his MySpace about how to order his mixtape, I might have to cop that.

That song is fire my man but I was reading his bio about labels where scared to sign him I wonder why he's dope?

I think it meant that labels were scared to sign him because his voice resembles Jay-Z's so much, I guess afraid of the comparisons or getting attention for the wrong reason

Yeah, I dunno, I saw some stills from the Purple City video shoot and didn't see anyone who looked like Noe or DK, but I've only seen a couple pictures of either of them, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to recognize them real easily:
