Well if you do- Tony Austin the president of Russell Simmons Music Group & THENEXT.TV will be kicking off their search for Singers, Rappers, D.J.'s and Producers on March 18th in Baltimore, MD. The Talent Auditions for Tony Austin's New Music Biz Reality Show are open to women and men, of all ages. The season's Talent Search winner will receive a music video and a chance to land a recording contract with Russell Simmons Music Group.
